Position Overview

As a University Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our programme leadership team, fostering partnerships, and enhancing our marketing efforts. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills, engage with university communities, and drive the success of our programmes through strategic management and innovative marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Programme Leads

Ensure that programme leaders meet deadlines, upload content timely, and actively market their programmes.

Organize and coordinate monthly meetings and exclusive events for programme leaders.

Expansion and Recruitment

Identify and recruit new programme leaders to expand our team and reach.

Partnership Development

Establish and maintain partnerships with university student organizations to enhance programme visibility and engagement.

Feedback and Improvement

Collect feedback from users and programme leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Market Analysis

Monitor marketing channels to keep abreast of competitors' activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Reporting and Strategy

Prepare monthly reports outlining scalable marketing tactics and progress.

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for programme leaders to ensure goals are met.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Pay: €100 – €300, with additional bonuses for meeting targets.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a university

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proactive and able to work independently and as a group.

Strong Networking Skills.

Preferably but not necessary a year 2 student.
