Duration: We offer a 3 day free trial of our services.

AI Tutor: By using our AI Tutor you agree that Examo is not responsible for the direct output due to the nature of AI. While our AI Tutor leverages advanced AI technology, we understand the importance of accuracy. Examo strives to provide highly precise outputs, distinguishing our AI Tutor from conventional AI systems.

Practice Questions: By utilizing our Practice Questions, you acknowledge and agree that Examo bears no responsibility for the generated output. While we strive for exceptional accuracy and aim to achieve 100% correctness, it is possible for the AI to occasionally produce inaccuracies. For courses with a significant mathematical component, we advise verifying the provided explanations to ensure their validity. We are committed to continuously enhancing the accuracy of our platform.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Data Retention: We retain user data for 6 months after account closure.

By User: You may terminate your account at any time.

By Examo: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, without notice.
